100 % Riesling, zweite Lese Ende Oktober. 4 Tage Maischestandzeit, anschließend 15 Monate Reifung im 500-Liter-Tonneau. Davon die letzten 6 Monate unter Kahmhefe.

100% Riesling, second harvest at the end of October. 4 days of skin contact, followed by 15 months of aging in 500-liter tonneau barrels. The final 6 months matured under flor yeast.
